Alice Sharp married Hugh McCartney on August 24 1915. They were the parents of eleven children:

Mildred, William, Rose Mary, Margaret, Veronica, Cecelia, Louise, Loretta, Mary Ellen, Lillian, & James.

These children produced 55 grandchildren. The grandchildren have produced 131 great-grandchildren, so far. And the great-grandchildren have produced 27 great-great grandchildren, so far. It is amazing to think that these two people created such a crowd!
